The S House is a luxury one family private residence. The task for the project was to fit spacious living area with three bedrooms, workroom, auxiliary rooms and two car garage in a narrow plot.
The entrance area greets you with a mirror-effect pool. It also features a roof which welcomes you from the start of building leading towards the entrance door.
From the other side the house accommodates two terraces. One is connected with the living area, other with master bedroom.
The main feature of the house is four and half meter height living area, which has second line of windows on top to fill the space with natural light.
