The task for the project was to convert a small residential house into an office space.

The space was arranged as a mix between an conventional and an open office.

The center piece of the office becomes a long table hanged from the ceiling.

Originally the house had an attic. For the open office zone to feel more spacious attic floor was removed.

Only structural beams that are keeping the building together are left. They are painted dark grey to contrast the light tones of the surrounding elements.

Besides the open office zone building also houses a small kitchen, a conference room, a private cabinet, two bathrooms, and an entrance hall with a waiting area.
