The project site is located nearby the Kok Tobe mountain in city of Almaty.
The building houses a commercial space on the first floor, an office on the second. Thrird floor and the roof terrace belongs to the restaurant.
For the visitors and workers of the building an underground parking was designed.

The roof terrace was opened towards the mountains for the restaurant visitors enjoy the views.
The hill that is part of the site was transformed into urban amphitheater, which is going work as attraction of people.
