The apartment is located in Vilnius close to BukĨiai forest. The task was to design a functional space for rent.

A typical floor plan was enhanced with some functional niches for tv on one side, work table on the other and couple of niches for curtains.

Light tones with some brushes of gold dominate the color palette of the apartment.

The ceiling also plays a key role in giving a visual hint to the changes in the space function.

The entrance hall has a large functional built-in wardrobe and a mirror on the side.

Hidden doors were used for the bathroom and living room. They were painted the same color as walls giving a minimalistic look and all the attention to door handles and switches.

In bedroom a work-niche was designed for those working from home.

It accommodates a small table with a couple of power sockets. Also open-shelves over the table and hidden drawer on top.

The ceiling needed to hide the ventilation pipe was used as design element. Thus the height of the ceiling was not lowered through the whole bedroom.

The bathroom accommodates a generous walk-in shower. The same color palette continues to bathroom as well.

Great care for the details were given all around. The color palette continues not only throughout the big surfaces, but also in the small elements as well i.e. bathroom fixtures and handles are all white too.

Details are the last 1% which makes all the difference in world.
