The apartment is located in heart of Vilnius city center on Gedimino avenue. At first glance, the roof of the XIX century building has rendered some of the space unusable. In the end, those spaces became the unique feature of the apartment.
The floor plan was rearranged to accommodate bedrooms on one side and living space on the other.
The apartment features a spacious hallway that is enlarged by a mirror wall.
The mirror wall gives hint to a large space that is waiting around the corner.
The design made every meter of the apartment functional.
The apartment features an authentic century-old oak parquet which was refurbished and left with its natural color.
The bathroom was enlarged almost twice to fit a freestanding bathtub.
