The task for the project was to reconstruct an old apartment for possible sale or rent.

The main attraction of the apartment is the view to the Ishim River and beyond it Central park. Consequently, all the barriers were removed to open the views. So, immediately, when entering the apartment the park is visible.

Walls were clad with brick tiles to create a balance between rough and slick surfaces.

The 45 degrees turned wall in the entrance hall creates a funnel effect which amplifies the open space size.

Large wardrobe works as buffer between living zone and bedroom.

To extend the spaces mirrors and polished stainless steel were used.

The recurring brick was used in the workroom as well. Combining wooden shelves and gray fabrics a red brick was chosen.

The guest restroom has a cream colored vessel sink fitted on natural wood board and wall mounted anthracite color tap. Cream colored toilet is mounted on the onyx clad wall. Nearby, an anthracite color bidet shower mounted on marble tile wall.
